My Story

12am on the 31st of August 2005,i saw a brilliant display of fireworks from my balcony window in my college aparment…although it was a nice display,i felt pity for all u taxpayers out there as the money we pay for taxes is just burnt on fireworks…went to bed at 12.30am…

the next day…woke up at 7am…decided to sleep again…woke up at 10.30am…got ready to enjoy…left for pyramid at 11.00am…arrived in pyramid…it was super duperly crowded…had lunch all by myself in Cable Car…had Lamb Chops with Lemon Juice…decided to go watch movie…Red Eye no tickets…so watch Lords of Dogtown which i must say is a brilliant film about friendship and teens…the funniest part of the film was at the starting…there was a malay subtitle which read "kanak-kanak dan remaja perlu bimbingan ibu bapa untuk menonton filem ini…" anyway want to know something funnier?…before i watch the film…i went in the cinema…i saw the movie playing and i thought i was late…the room however was not so full…a few minutes went past and i realized i was watching The Dukes Of Hazards…I asked the guy a few sits away…"Is this cinema 8?" and he said "Bukanlah bang ini cinema 7"…i was in the wrong room…Damn…quickly got up and left for room 8…movie not started yet…King Kong Trailer was being played…but i missed the advertisements…sad…

After the film,it was shopping time…well more towards window shopping actually…saw a lot and i mean a lot of hot chicks in Pyramid while i was having a snack in Long John Silvers…in the end i just bought one tshirt and left back for home…

Arrived back in college at 4pm…decided to clean room…started at 4 and finished at 6…for the first time in my life,i swept,cleaned and mopped my room…it was as dirty as a pig’s farm…and now im hungry…dinner was just 1 liter of milo…

it was 6.30pm…started presentation…seriously and i mean seriously fucked up…this presentation is going to be my downfall…i recorded my own presentation and it sucks big time…and i am preety sure the specky guy and kathleen and claudia are going to bombard me with question when i present on friday…

7.30pm…decided to sleep after realising that there is no more hope in my presentation…could not sleep…feeling depressed and preasured…so wat i did was i listened to my MP4…and i listen to my favourite song which goes like this:

I see trees of green…….. red roses too
I watch ‘em bloom….. for me and for you
And I think to myself…. what a wonderful world.

Aaron woke up…he was actually day dreaming…There was no sign of Gaya in the crowd…But then he realised something…In the party all the girls were wearing red slippers…it was like a theme night…

Aaron: Now i remember…all the girls were wearing red slippers that night…

Aron: are u sure of this?

Aaron: Yes I am…but Joanne was not wearing hers when she left…I remember that…

Aron: So are u saying that she came back to kill Kim?

Aaron: Yes and the motive is quite clear…Kim once told me that if anything should ever happen to him,all his property would go to Joanne…

Aron: So your honour as u can see it has been proven that joanne killed kim…she went back with driver and came back later and killed kim…no futher questions…

Shariel: Ok Aaron do u know wat property does Kim have?

Aaron: no…

Shariel: According to the bank his only property is his morgaged house in Maui and his Porshe…Do u think my client,Miss Soo who happens to own 2 Porshes and a BMW would be interested in that? And wat proove do u have that she took a cab back there?

Aaron: ok u have a point…

Shariel: No futher questions…but i would like to now call mr.kah chun hor to the bench…

Chun Hor goes and sits in the bench…

Shariel: Chun Hor would u mind telling the court wat was ur handprints doing in Kims glass?

Chun Hor: I dont know…maybe he using the same glass as i used…

Shariel: And wat makes u think that?

Chun Hor: well apparently,he was short of glasses as saw bee bee was breaking them with virginia…

Shariel: and y were they breaking glasses?

Chun Hor: It was some kind of game organized by Ka Jon…

Shariel: ok u may go…i now call upon Mr.Tan Ka Jon…

Shariel: So jon,why u suggested that game…

Jon: we were just having fun

Shariel: no futher questions…

Aron: Jon arent u one of Kims partner in his company…

Jon: Yes

Aron: then why is it u just sold the company for $2 billion dollars without approval from the board…

Jon: Kim’s dead…so i practically own his company where i can…ooops…

Aron: That’s it…u killed Kim…U were the one who smokes Dunhill…u added the poison in his drink…u were wearing red slippers too to that party according to Chun Hor who happens to remember…and wat better motive can there be then getting $2billion…

Jon: ok u got me…

Jon takes out a gun and shoots himself…his blood splash on the floor and on aron’s face…Wei keat gets shocked and has a heart attack and dies…Joanne who is so hungry started eating Jon’s dead body…Shariel slaps herself and decides to quit after losing to Aron…Aron wipes his face,goes towards Chun Hor and tells him its over…meanwhile Mr.Aaron puts on his shades and heads out of the court…the case is finally settled…

THE END

Its been 15 minutes and there is no sign of the judge…suddenly the guard says…

Guard: All rise for the honourable judge Change Wei Keat…

Wei Keat: All be sitted…and its chang u stupid guard…since u missed pronounce my name i condemn u to 2 hours in jail…go now…and for the rest of u,i shall be replacing hiu li…she has been arrested for trying to rape a guy by the name of eric in the toilet…wat can i do if she is desperate…anyway she updated me with the case and i believe we have our witness here with us?

Aron: Yes your honour we do…

aron whispers to chun hor…

Aron: This judge is really strict so be carefull with wat u say…

shariel tells the same thing to joanne…

Wei Keat: so where is the witness?

Aron: The court calls upon Aaron Raj to the bench…

Aaron goes and sits with a big smile in his face…the judge asks him,

Wei Keat: Is something funny?

Aaron: Ur hairstyle is so funny…spiked up in the sides but bald in the centre and its pink in colour…

the whole courtroom laughs…

Wei Keat: Order in the court!!! U dont worry about my hair u prick…

Aron: So Mr.Aaron,tell me why are u so important in this case?

Aaron: Well thats an easy one…I was the one who sent Chun Hor back…his car couldn’t start…so i offered him a lift home…after dropping him,i realised that i left my house keys in Kim’s house…so i went back there…As I was arriving,i saw Joanne leaving…i went in the house…Kim was making himself a drink…he offered me too but i didnt want…i just took my keys and left…but on my way out, i heard a woman screaming…i went back in…i asked kim who screamed…and he said it was the televisyen…so i left…but before i left i notice a packet of Dunhill ciggaretes at the entrance…and from wat i know,Kim doesnt smoke and the packet wasnt there when i went in…i called Kim…However he was arguing with someone over the phone…it was a fierce arguement…i went back in…i told him about the ciggaretes…he ignored it and started crying…he said he had borrowed a large sum of money and is going bankrupt…he told me to help him…i said i will try my best…i left…when i went out, the ciggarate packet was missing but there was a girls slipper outside…i thought i was imagineing things as it was quite late…so i left home…then u guys informed me today when i was in India about his death…

Aron: So at about wat time u left actually?

Aaron: About 3am…

Aron: so kim was alive when u left?

Aaron: yes…

Aron: well sad to say,his body was discovered by his cleaner at 10am…the forensic report says that he has been dead for almost seven hours…so that would put the time of death around 3am…so he died after u left?

Aaron: I dont know that…but i do know that i am seeing the same slippers i saw that night…

Aron: Whose wearing it?

Aaron: The girl sitting at the back there…

Aron: Point her out…

Aaron: The indian girl over there…

Wei Keat: Miss do u mind giving me ur slippers?

The girl got up…Joanne,Aaron and Chun Hor recognized her…she was Gaya… Gaya was a girl working with Tan Ka Jon which is one of the witnesses…she suddenly took a gun out and wanted to shoot Aaron…The other guards fired at her…She died before her body hit the ground…

Wei Keat: Everyone calm down…break………..!!!!!

The following day…

Guard: All rise for the judge…

Hiu Li: Shit everyone…i mean sit…sorry for the delay…i had to use the gents toilet earlier as the ladies were out of toilet paper…anyway back to the case…has the witness been found?

Aron: Yes your honour…The police picked him up in Mumbai,India…Apparently he went there on a business trip…he will be arriving here shortly…Until he comes i would like to ask Miss Joanne to come to the bench…

joanne walks up and goes into the bench…

Aron: Where were u when Kim died?

Joanne: I was at home u doink…

Hiu Li: maners please…

Aron: And who informed u of his death?

Joanne: My friend Tammy called me and told me…

Aron: And how u felt about it?

Joanne: i felt sorry for the poor fellow actually…anyway he wasnt really my type of guys…so well life goes on…

Aron: And why were u not at work?

Joanne: i…i was tired…

Aron: Tired of what? hiding all the evidence?

Shariel: I object!!!

Hiu Li: Overuled!

Aron: So why were u tired?

Joanne: Well actually i was not feeling well…i did have quite a lot of drinks last night…

Aron: How much drinks?

Joanne: I dont know…i was drunk…there was this cute waiter who kept on filling my glass…

Aron: to be precise…u had 7 cans of beer,12 glasses of wine,3 glasses of whisky and 2 glasses of Wodka…and the waiter didnt kept on filling up ur glass…u asked him too as u were interested in him according to him…and his only doing it cos thats wat his job is…

Joanne: Nonsense…I wasnt interested in him at all u doink…i said he was just cute and i was drunk…

Aron: So did he go back with u?

Joanne: no u doink…

Aron: So who went back with u?

Joanne: No one i was the last person to leave…

Aron: So u are saying that u were the last one to live Kim’s party?

Joanne: Yes…i mean no…i mean…Oh my God…Shariel help…

Shariel slaps her forehead…

Aron: So as u can see your honour…Joanne was the last person to leave the party…However before doing so she killed KIm but Im dont have the motive of the murder yet but i will have it soon…No futher questions…

Aron leans towards Joanne and says softly…"Who’s the doink now,doink?"

Shariel: So Joanne u say u were the last person to leave the house…And wat time was that?

Joanne: It was around 2am i think…

Shariel: And since u were so drunk,who sent u home?

Joanne: Kim asked his driver to send me home…

Shariel: So as u can your honour…Kim was very much alive when Joanne went home…And we have the driver to prove that…Therefore she could not have posibly killed kim…

Hiu Li: Hai ya so boringlah tis case…i should have become an actress or something…then got better money…we take 15 minits break…Toilet i go…

Guard: All rise for the honourable judge…Mdm Tong Hiu Li…

Hiu: Ok all can shit…i mean sit…sorrie…Ok whose case are we doing today?

Aron: The case of the mad prostitute has been postponed to next week so we shall be doing my case which is the murder of Kim…

Hiu: Is ur client guilty of murder?

Aron: No your honour,im representing Kah Chun Hor who happens to be a friend of the victim. He claims that Miss Joanne Soo over there is the killer…

Hiu: Ok and u Miss Shariel is ur client present and aware of the situation?

Shariel: yes your honour…and my client pleads not guilty and feels that Kah Chun Hor killed Kim…

HIu: Well we shall see about that in the days to come…Aron address the court on the case and its updates…

Aron: Yes your honour…Last Saturday which was the 20th August 2015, Kim was found dead in his guest house in Maui…His body was discovered by the housekeeper…He was found dead and according to the autopsy report he died of food poisoning…Now apparently he was dead for about 7 hours when his body was found…And according to housekeeper, he had a big party the night before that with his old collegemates…which included my client and miss Soo…now the reason why these two people are suspects is because both their fingerprints were found on the glass of wine which contained the poisoned that killed Kim…However my client left the party way much earlier and there is no way he could have mixed the poison as he is not a alcoholic…Miss Soo however was one of the last people to leave the house according to witness Tan Ka Jon…Mr.Jon is Kim’s good friend and was the one who informed the police actually…he lives two houses away from Kim…When the housekeeper found the body she called him first…however there was a material witness whom we are trying to contact…his name is Aaron Raj and apparently he has dissapeared since the murder…he never went for Kim’s funeral too…everyone else who attended the party was contacted except him…he is still missing…

Hiu: Well if thats the case i feel we should postpone the case untill he is found…

Aron: But Your Honour, wat if he is not found?

Hiu: Well u have a point…we meet tomorrow…Until then both Chun Hor and Joanne are to be kept in the sheriff’s prison…

Joanne: Wat!? Shariel say something…I cant live there…got all sorts of weirdos there…besides i cant have my beauty sleep there…

Shariel: I would like to plea for bail?

Hiu: Denied

Chun Hor: Its ok aron i can sacrifice this in order to get my friends killer…

Aron: Dont worry chun hor…she cant escape us…

1) Shariel or Chariel watever it may be is a very scary person…sounds like a little crocodile just waiting to get its pray…a not so good liar and lawyer…

4) Arun has the hairiest arms and one of the smartest people i know…

6) Bee Bee is waiting to sting and eat up all the guys out there…her laugh can kill…beware…

Chun Hor apparently claims to be matured but i doubt so…a little bot with little things…u still have a lot to learn man…

11) Edwin is a nice guy whom i cant seem to understand wat his trying to say sometimes…

24) Syaza is the starbucks queen…u want to anything on starbucks just ask her…

25) Teck Seng or more known as eric is another funny guy filled with interesting ideas…a nice guy to talk with especially when it comes to current issues…

26) Tracy is the girl with the million dollar smile…

27) Virz or Virginia is a girl according to wei keat…she has the longest middle fingers in the university…and is extremely clean minded…

28) Wei Keat is a nice guy…he wishes he was a nice guy…but sad to say he is a porcupine with a big belly and has boobs…

29) Ying Ying claims that Ka Jon is the most happening and hottest guy in mufy last year…well people, u guys no wat that means right? we wish them all the best and a happy life…

ok i dont know wat this means…

firstly both my com1020 and int1020 lecturers have been cancelled…this is such a dissapointment…i’ve been looking forward to both this classes…

secondly, due to the cancelation of this classes, i’ve got no classes for the whole of next week…wat the hell am i gonna do for that week?

i’ve got no assignments…sadly but i’ve got a presentation coming up in the next few weeks but this doesn’t frighten me as i’m a proffesional when it comes to presenting…

and staying back in college will only make bored and make me spend more money…

so i’ve decided wat to do…

i’m going back to ipoh…

so people in ipoh im coming home and people in university enjoy ur stressfull classes…
