Best day i had with all my friends - Monash Ball…

Gosh…its been an incredible year…My social circle grew so big…met hundreds of new people…From people in the campus to work…

I am going to miss all of u guys…especially those whom i wont be seeing anymore in campus…and to my trip buddies…its sad i wont be seeing most of u guys just as we all started to get to know each other better…nevertheless the spirit will live on…

My hope for 2008 is simple…i just want those of you who are stuck in the box to come out of the box and look around u…there’s a whole new world waiting for all of us…

Also…i hope things get better with me and some people…no more rumours i hope…and please think positively!!!…be mature in your thinking…

Next year…

No more virginia…no more bee bee…no more temme…no more pooi yarn…no more jasmine yeoh…no more to a lot of u…

and the saddest thing about going to uni next year, is no more joanne soo liyeng…my bestest friend since mufy…its going to be hard not seeing u in campus…but i know our friendship will go stronger from now on…

im going to miss all of u guys…

before i sign off…i just wanna apologize to all of u if i ever did or said anything that hurt or disturbed or inproper to u guys…

12pm to 2pm - Arrive to office somewhere between this times…

2pm till 5pm - Internet and msn time…

5pm till 8pm - Capture videos, edit videos and do the news…

8pm onwards - Go home…

So as you can see, the typical day in the office would only require me to work no more than 3 hours…

But sometimes, it can go to 12 hours non stop work…

I guess that’s why i love working here…

hmm…hard to judge how both sequels are really…

National Treasure 2 was a very simple story with no big twists and so was Alien Vs Predator 2…National Treasure 2 would have been a failure if it wasnt for the big names like Nicholas Cage, Jon Voight, Ed Harris and Helen Mirren…But Bruckheimer has done a good job making the film fast paced and no unnessary scenes…

National Treasure is a good a film to me…although my uncle fell asleep watching it in the cinema, my cousin and i still enjoyed it…my rating 7 out of 10…

AVP 2 on the other hand was a bit of a dissapointment…i expected more but i think it wasnt that bad…a few shocking moments and lots of gore…but my bro and i still enjoyed it…bad script though…really bad script…anyways, i would give it a 7 out of 10 still…

and yes both movies will surely have PART 3….

I was sent to cover the release of PMR results in 2 schools today…The first was La Salle High School…it wasnt as big as my old school in Ipoh but it definately brought back memories of me receiving my results back then…

PMR is no big deal but to these guys, it was like getting a degree…So i filmed some interesting dudes doing weird celebrations…some were glad for getting 7 or 8As while some were glad for just getting 1A…the atmosphere reminded me of high school days…

After that, i went to Assuntha girls school…I must say whatever rumours i heard about the girls in this school are so true…damn…they dont look like school kids…look more like college students…i dont see the purpose of dressing up to club just to collect results…some actually told me not to film them so they can do their hair…and as usual…parents…proud parents to be exact…this woman, made me film her daughter like a  million times and praising her…of course, i just pretend to film…even my reporter said she was driving her nuts…

anyways…im glad i did this shoot…the office is confident in giving me the big guns to use now…used the Canon XL1s camera…worth nearly RM10000…well, it was big and heavy…but i felt like a pro using it…

besides that, i also have been given another interesting task…i get to party and work on new year’s eve…yup…im covering new year’s eve concert at 1Utama…i got media pass…can get better seats and better view…

im loving this job…

I know its been a long time since i updated my blog…anyways, now im in my office waiting for work to do…so in the meantime, i thought i just get down to some blogging…things have pretty much been the same here…finally finish emptying my hostel today…no more sunway university college hostel for aaron raj…finally can leave peacefully in my house without curfews…yeah…

my trip to the philippines was amazing…we all loved it…from the people to the food…everything was beautiful…i guess this is when the term seeing is believing becomes a fact…before i left to philippines, i thought this country is going to be hell…but it wasnt as bad as i expected it to be…although it is still a third world country, its not very much different compared to malaysia…they may drive on the other side of the road, but they are still the same as we are…this trip has changed my life definately…

as for christmas…well, it was a quiet christmas back home…i just spent time with my grandparents…grandma isnt doing very well but im just keeping my fingers crossed…i feel a miracle happening real soon…

hmm…im still in baguio and sagada mood…oh, i made a 2 films while i was away…cant wait for u guys to see it…baguio sagada documentary is in the process as well…and more videos coming up online in youtube too…

Hello all you people back in Malaysia…

I miss you guys a lot…

I have officially lost count on what day this is…a few of us have got sick from the climate change…yet everyone is still having a great time…

we came back from the hill town of sagada yesterday…after a 6 hour bus ride, the trip there was amazing…i got drunk drinking the local wine…which is kind of amazing i must say…im bringing back 3 bottles for u guys…

sagada was a nice peaceful place…we did caving, mountain climbing and many more…i enjoyed the mountain climbing…we went to see hanging coffins at the echo valley…its an echo valley…u hear echos when u scream…damn nice…im sure u guys would have enjoyed it too but for some of u, it might be a little challenging…

also, prof. daniel and i made a film in sagada…it’s called kadhal sagada…starring max tan, maxine lim and a very interesting villain…

hmm…and last night…well, it was a new experience for me…the 3 guys…me, max and zeck accompanied the girls to a male strip club…gosh…it  was terrible…imagine seeing almost nude men dancing on the podium in front of us…the girls were enjoying it but we weren’t really…after a while, our guide, romel, told us there’s a female strip club just upstairs the male club…we were saved…so, me, max, zech and yarn went to the female club…

when we went in…this chick was dancing on the podium…when we sat down…and look up again, she was topless!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!……………..me, max and zech were like speechless…haha….a few minutes later the girls came up also saying the guys bar was boring…so we spent about an hour there and left home…

hmm…just 3 more days to go…

Hello everyone…

Aaron is in Baguio, Philippines…its damn cold here…temperature down to 10 degrees…freaking freezing…

anyways…im having a fantastic time here…the beer is cheap…the food is marvelous…and the people are very friendly…

i had chicken adobo last night for dinner…it was nice…

today lunch was some sausage hotdog meal…

dinner was pizza and halo-halo…halo-halo is an ice cream mix which taste fantastic…

and i love the hot dogs from 7eleven…a million times better than malaysia…

Well, as you can see from the title itself, its going to be rush hour for all of us over the next two weeks…

I dont know what i am doing right now…so much of work…from packing and unpacking, from filming to editing, from more packing and more unpacking…the list goes on and on…

Anyways, i shall be away for 10 days in Philippines from next week onwards…

Christmas party on Monday night at the office…thank god they brought it earlier…

Oh, i was in KBU yesterday…went there to film students for a feature video im doing…anyways, i think KBU is a real terrible place…Sorry if any of u did a course there or anything but i have my reasons…You know why?…The moment i enter the campus…i see students smoking everywhere…Even in the cafeteria…in other words, the college allows students to smoke in campus grounds…what kind of institution is this?

Anyways, came to Sunway University College to film a few students as well…A big thank you to Miss Helen for helping me get approval and finding me students to interview…My 2 crew members, my editer and my cameraman loved the Sunway Campus…in case ur wondering wat i was, im the producer and vj for the video…

Now, talking about the video…It focuses on foreign students who celebrate christmas and not being able to go back…so the video shows how they celebrate christmas in Malaysia…kinda cool idea dont u think?…it’s my first produced and directed by aaron raj video…woo hoo…

Yes, u will see me on camera…i am the vj…hehe…

Besides that, i am almost done moving to my new house…all my furniture has arrived…now all that’s left is my clothes in my room…the packing and unpacking…that’s going to be a big headache…

Well, Christmas is just around the corner…

The office, my office, wants to have a christmas party the night before i fly off to the philippines…im flying of on the 12th and they wanna have it on the 11th…

hmm, i could be having a drunk flight to philippines…

Anyways, the thing is…they ask me if i can be Santa Claus…hmm, no one ever asked me that…but honestly, i cant even HOHOHO properly…and imagine how hot it will be wearing that suit…

The staff had a meeting today…This is the first time i saw the boss a.k.a Jeswant in a somewhat angry mood…A 2 hour meeting was long enough to make me sleep at one point…so i can only imagine how u guys suffer those long 8 to 12 hour meetings…

Im filming tomorrow…some show called football today…some idiots coming to talk about football…i can also talk about it la…i just call kajon and wei keat for MU, virginia and someone else for Chelsea, my cousin for Liverpool and a few clowns who support Man City and Derby and Blackburn and Newcastle to join in…And of course, i can talk for Arsenal…and we have a show…

But the thing is, this is how showbiz is…They get some pros to come and talk ordinary stuff which any fan of the event can talk about…i wont be surprised if some of us knew more than them…

Besides that, i am officially moving house…YES!!!…should be in me new house by next week…You guys keep yourselves free for my Open House/Christmas party…most likely when i get back though…
